General Tips

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes.
  • Make sure that your iPad software is up to date. To check, first connect your iPad to your computer, select your device in iTunes, and then click “Check for Update” in the Summary section of iTunes. 

 

 

  • You can also do a software update wirelessly (iOS 5 or later) with your Wi-Fi connection, just tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Make sure that your battery is charged.
