Use Siri to search for your photos
If you want to quickly find a particular photo, or set of photos, just ask Siri (your iPhone’s voice-activated assistant). To use Siri, you need to make sure it’s switched on by going to Settings > General > Siri. Now simply hold down the Home button until the Siri screen appears, then ask a question or give a command.
Siri can now search through your images using simple language. So if you’re wanting to show someone pictures from your trip to Sydney, for example, you can! To do that, you’ll say something along the lines of “Show me my pictures from Sydney" (or Melbourne, or however you want to break it down).
As I’ve done above, you can also add on searching by date. With this, you could ask to see pictures from a certain month or year, or from a specific place AND a certain date. You can ask Siri to search through your photos and videos based on album titles.
This will save you a lot of time searching for images.
And if you check out Siri’s help page (by saying “help” after invoking Siri by holding down the Home button), you’ll note all of the other photo-related searching you can do.
